Catharine Campbell
Catharine Campbell is the current President of the Board of Directors at Mission Services of London and a newly retired professional with a long career in technology and healthcare. Experienced in aligning technology solutions with strategic business goals, Catharine spent over 20 years working in London’s healthcare system across local, provincial, and federal levels. Her experience spans a variety of care models and has provided her with a strong understanding of complex needs, including mental health issues and intergenerational trauma, as well as the impact on direct care staff who are supporting individuals with these circumstances.
Catharine began her career after graduating from one of Canada’s first Data Processing programs. She is a lifelong learner who has expanded her expertise through studies in human resources, leadership, data management, strategic planning, and adult learning methods. For over 15 years, she has also drawn inspiration from international speakers at the Global Leadership Summit.
Her professional experience is matched by her strong governance background. As former Board Chair of the London Employment Help Centre, Catharine led the organization’s transition to a governance model, supporting the development of board education, policy, and strategic structure. She has also served in various leadership roles on church boards and committees.
Catharine was drawn to Mission Services of London after deeply resonating with the organization’s values of Compassion, Hope, Integrity, and Diligence. Her faith and desire to live out the message of 1 Peter 4:10–11 inspire her approach to service, offering her time and gifts generously and cheerfully in support of her community.
Originally from Northern Ontario, Catharine has lived and worked across Canada and now calls London home. Outside of her professional and volunteer work, she is actively involved in her church and family life.
