Michael Nikou is a retired Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree. Throughout his career, he developed strong expertise in finance, accounting, business analysis, and information systems. His professional experience is marked by analytical expertise, strategic decision-making, and a commitment to ethical integrity.

As a former President of London Condo Corporation #32, Michael has demonstrated effective leadership and a collaborative approach to problem-solving. His ability to analyze complex financial data and develop innovative solutions has been a cornerstone of his professional success.

A lifelong resident of London, Michael has seen firsthand the growing need for the essential services provided by Mission Services of London (MSL). He was drawn to the organization because its core values (Compassion, Hope, Integrity, and Diligence) align closely with his own. Joining the Board of Directors in 2025, he is eager to contribute his skills and experience to form the work of MSL.

In his retirement, Michael continues to value community engagement and strives to make a positive impact through service and leadership.
